Our Directory Submission Service is a cost-effective, efficient way to build hundreds of one-way links to your website. (See the post on Submitting WebSites to Directories for more about this method of link-building and its benefits).

Each submission is done by hand by our team. For each directory, we:

• Visit the Directory
• Navigate to the appropriate category for your website
• Go to the “Submit” or “Suggest a Site” link
• Fill in all required fields, including the site’s Title, Description, Keywords, and URL
• Fill in the “captcha” verification code if needed
• Respond to “verify your submission” emails if needed
• Report back to you which directories have been submitted to (excel spreadsheet with the URL and date submitted)

Due to the labor-intensive nature of this work, we require a minimum order of 100 directory submissions, and accept orders of up to 1,000 (the number of free directories currently in our list).

Submissions for clients are done in the order received. We have found that the time for each submission to be approved varies (from a matter of days to several weeks), so this results in a fairly even build-up of links as these approvals “go live” and are noticed by the search engines.
